Hi friends, how are you? I hope you’re having a wonderful week so far. It’s been a bit of ups and downs for me, but I am thrilled to share today’s post with you, because this is just full of optimism and, well, happiness, and I love it.

List five things that make you happy:

Planning a trip / thinking about holidays

I can’t even BEGIN to explain how this makes me happy. Lately I’ve been having kind of a hard time with my internship, and being away from my family isn’t easy everyday. Whenever I’m thinking about this, however, holidays, and summer, and just TRAVELLING again, well I get all giddy and excited because there’s nothing like AN ADVENTURE, right?

Reading a great book

Yeah okay, that one is REALLY obvious, but what can I say? Books are making me ridiculously happy, like, I get a huge smile on my face or I scream at pages because things are happening and I LOVE IT.

My family

I can’t even begin to explain how thankful and happy I am to have a supportive, great and lovely family. I love them so, so much. Oh, by the way, my sister is on the blog, in case you missed her…SHE IS INCREDIBLE so go say hi!

Making people happy

I’m not really a people person, even though I try to. Then I just remember, ugh, people are the worst sometimes. However there are sweet things happening at times, and when I get to do something, or like, put a comment on someone’s blog, I’m able to help someone and make them happy…well, I like it.

The book blogging community

YOU GUYS are making me the happiest, I swear. Blogging is hard, and there are struggles, but I met such incredible people on here, and I have the best conversations. I’m really glad I started this adventure a year and a half ago, and everyday you manage to put a smile on my face. THANK YOU.

Okay, so I’m going to cheat a bit on that one and make this about videos that are making me happy, because songs is just TOO hard…

When you look me in the eyes, Jonas Brothers

Okay, please don’t judge me on that one. I was a huge fan of them when I was younger, and right now there’s still a pang of nostalgia, and something really special about that song I can’t and won’t forget. FORGIVE ME for that.

Carpool karaokes

Has ANYONE seen those videos? I mean, they are instant-mood lifters, and damn, can JAMES CORDEN SING? That’s crazy. I also kind of want to get in one of these.

Vlogbrothers videos

You all know by now I love John Green, and I especially like the vlogbrothers videos he’s making with his brother Hank. They are funny, insightful, I am learning an awful lot with it as well.

Cute animals videos

I’m a sucker for cute animal videos…okay. But you are too, right?

Music videos with a story

There’s something that makes me particularily happy, it’s music videos WITH AN ACTUAL STORY. I mean, I have nothing against people singing in the music video, but isn’t it much better when there’s a story fitting the song? I love it.
